I wanted someone who would lead my sister and I through this journey with compassion, kindness and patience. Terry was extremely patient throughout all of this with our questions. She was relentless and encouraged us each time we were disappointed with a delay or dead end. It took 9 months from the signing of our request to the day we got to speak with our “new sister”, the week of her 69th birthday. We cried, we laughed, and twelve days later, my sister and I stood in the airport waiting to meet her. What a gift. Terry is a gem and I can’t imagine going through this without her. We are forever in her debt.

I cannot thank Terry enough for all she did to help me find my brother!! I had been looking for him on my own for 5 long years!! I had searched all the adoption websites and Facebook groups, done all the DNA testing, everything I could have possibly done on my own to no avail! And then I found Terry and within 2 months of hiring her and providing her with what little info I had, she found him!!!! She was so wonderful keeping me informed all along the way, and once she made contact, shared how similar we were and how she felt we would get along beautifully! And boy was she spot on!!!! We are two peas in a pod!! We talked for hours and hours and then finally met two weeks later and it was a dream come true!!! And Terry was the first person with whom we shared our first photo together!! She was just as teary-eyed as we were, which speaks volumes about how passionate she is about bringing loved ones together!!! I honestly can’t thank her enough and my brother and I can’t wait to meet her in person one day soon to give her big bears hugs for making this possible!
